In Minnesota. Can’t complain. I have an XL and plug a seat heater/massager into the 12V outlet. My baby lives indoors in a heated garage, so the real test was the first winter at the old job, with an uncovered parking lot.
I would use remote start with the seat heater plugged in and on high. It got quite toasty while I was out brushing snow off the exterior. A small truck is a boon for short people. I can clean it all off with ease. I hate driving behind people who don’t brush the snow off the roof or hood and leave a white out in their wake.
Defrosting the windshield takes some time though. The gas engine will kick in if it’s running long enough. Still, it doesn’t heat up fast. You may have to resort to a windshield cover.
