Maybe the dealer will set them at 95 in the next coming fix
The dealer will not do this....perhaps a friend/relative could help you out.

This order:
1) disconnected neg terminal,
2) charged battery,
3) once fully charged, reconnected negative terminal,
4) did the bms reset,
5) started it up.

Parking brake failure still an issue. All lights worked. Drove to work with no issues. It sat at work all day, then when I got in at 5pm, all lights worked. Drove home, parked it in the driveway. Next morning it was dead as a Chinese doornail.
Failed to run the lock truck and leave undisturbed for up to 8 hour battery learn procedure after charging Also you may have one that needs the dealer to diagnose to see where the battery drain is occuring.
ETA: I overlooked your statement that you disconnected the negative terminal! I'm doing so the BMS missed the fact that you added x amps to battery. To properly charge the 12v you do not connect charger negative to post (per manual) use body ground or at least past the BMS (with the bar code) mounted on the negative post.

I am on my 3rd original Motorcraft battery. The service manager said Ford tells them to put the same recommended battery in. Ford must have a large stockpile of the Chinese batteries to use up. I have interior lights again, until the next one dies.
My OEM hybrid BXT99RT is stamped "made in Mexico".

When you charged the 12v battery did you use a multi stage maintainer and leave it on at least for 72 hours (which may not be long enough to remove all the sulfate. I put my noco g5 maintainer onto jump posts, lock truck and leave it until it has completed optimization cycle at least once. I have two hybrid mavericks, am going to be away 12 days for Thanksgiving. I am putting my noco g5 on the one staying in garage, locked for that time. It has original bxt99rt for 28 months never deep slept. At the very least the g5 will come on daily and top off and run optimization if needed.).

I didn't purchase a Hybrid Maverick to plug the battery into a charger. The dealership tried to charge the battery but it wouldn't charge, and determined the battery was sulfated and needed to be replaced. Ford told them to replace it with the same battery. This isn't a plug in Hybrid.

My very early 24 XLT hybrid has had the deep sleep exactly twice, both after my wife drove the truck. She always uses AC while I rarely do, and she probably sat parked for an hour or more with the truck and AC on both times. (Long story.)
However my battery is probably marginal, as the 12v in the dash and the FlexBed power turn off immediately now, without the delay they had when the truck was newer.
It did work for exactly one day after they did the taillight recall.
Guess I should try trickle charging it. Q: as long as I connect the charger under the hood I won't need to reset the BMS, right? Only if I charge the battery directly?
The AC does not run on the 12 volt battery. It runs on the high voltage battery. So your wife sitting with the truck on in the AC on should not affect the 12 volt battery.

You should definitely put your truck on a battery maintainer, If you want to prolong the life of the 12 volt battery. I always reset the BMS after a full charge. I don't know if you have to or not, but I do. I use the jump points under the hood to connect the battery maintainer. It only takes a few seconds to reset the BMS.

I did not either but it's a fact of life I learned many years ago that regular visits to a multistage maintainer will double or triple the life of any battery. My prior 2012 Honda crv ate it's first three batteries in 22-30 months the fourth battery with 3 maintainer visits per year was still working at 62 months when I gave it to my granddaughter. In any case Ford is getting close, I think to improving their charging of the hybrid 12v so I am looking forward to fewer maintainer visits.

Sorry, but I disagree with having to hassle with a battery maintainer unless your vehicle sits for long periods. Simply disconnect the battery then at times charge it or drive the vehicle. I've had good batteries last for 5 years without constant baby sitting. My 2024 Maverick has a battery issue and it is from poor ford design and planning. I paid good money for this garbage and I am making my mission to get free batteries and cost ford as much money as I can for wasting my time. Prius doesn't have this issue. It's just 3 years of BS.

I don't have the horn honk.
You can turn that off in your truck's settings in the instrument cluster menu. It's under locks. Disable "Mislock Chirp."
I just tried changing the ‘Mislock Chirp’ setting to off (unchecked). When it still chirped/honked with a double press on fob lock button, dug out the manual and searched.

Manual says the mislock only disables the double honk warning that a door, tailgate or hood isn’t fully closed. It does not disable the single chirp/honk confirmation that you double pressed the lock button.

I haven’t found a way to disable the single chirp.

Disabling Mislock Chirp disabled the honk on double-lock using the fob on my truck. It's a 2023 Hybrid XL.

Wish it did on my 24 hybrid lariat. Since my 1st (& so far only) deep sleep, I’ve been double locking with the fob. The chirp is most annoying.

I would hate not being able to disable it, too. Glad it did disable it on my XL!
Perhaps FORScan could disable it for your year/trim.

If only I were bold enough to get into forescan reprogramming. Retired IT guy with 30 years, but almost 20 years retired. I don’t trust myself to mess with my four wheeled computer. 🤔😂

There may be a local tune shop that can do FORscan modifications. Many are very easy, if you have the cable, software and care to mess with it.
