How will Ambient Lighting look?

Do we know if this is the Lariat lux? It would be nice if the lux allowed you to change colors/brightness. I had a Mini Cooper with adjustable ambient lighting and loved it!

It's Lariat Lux because it has ACC and Lane Centering buttons on the steering wheel and B&O sound system. But Ambient Lighting is standard on Lariat. Lux is not required to get ambient lighting.

I like the idea of ambient lighting, I think I’ll go with a burnt orange myself. I think it’ll go well with the Area 51 and orange accents on the XLT.

Pretty sure the Maverick doesn't get color selectable ambient lighting, you can only adjust brightness. So it's always ice blue.

Yeah and to confirm, the XLT (my trim) doesn’t have it as an option at all. I was thinking of going custom.

So my XLT just got delivered and it does have an ambient lighting option in the settings.

Nice. I'm guessing the lariat has more ambient light than the other models. I'm assuming the XLT is just that Center storage area unless you add more

I really wish we could change the color of the lighting. I would love to have red ambient lighting.

Does anybody know how to ambient lighting will look in the Lariat? Will it be similar to those we see on a F-150?

For those that chose the other trim levels, XL or XLT, do you plan on adding your own ambient lighting - and if so, what will you be going with?

I added my own from a wrecked last gen mustang super easy..2 wires..a ground and power..there are 3 different wires for power..one for red,blue and green..what color you get depends on what wire you hook up
