Nothing like a new vehicle to make my Christmas list. Got new floor mats, brake light that fits in the hitch receiver and carbon fiber “Maverick” letters for the tail gate. Also a seat pad to raise the seat height.

I think I found a factory error with my
Maverick today, I was cleaning the interior and pulled out the cup holder insert, and notice another pull tab, so I guess I got two inserts? Anyone else have 2 also?

That second one might be mine - I don't have one and didn't know that I should.

Got the DeeZee tailgate assist (installed), black letters for the tailgate (installed), a D-Ring Tie-Down to replace the bottle opener removed for the tailgate assist (installed), and a wireless CarPlay adapter (not yet installed - ran out of time - on the agenda for tomorrow).

Really loving the Area 51 Maverick Hybrid First Edition (Lariat Lux/CP360/++). My only real complaint is that my wife keeps calling it "her Maverick"... Uh oh!

Got this tee from my daughter for Christmas.
Original order date for my XLT hybrid was October 27, 2021. Carry-over order date September 16, 2022. Had a 12/13 build date with an expected ship the week of January 9th.

I’m from Indiana. We drove down to Alabama on Christmas Day to spend time with family. The snow came in this afternoon along with the ice. No problem for my FX4(Bert) in slippery mode going up untreated ice covered twisty mountain roads. Had to go off the shoulder to go around a sideways F150. They don’t put stuff down on the roads here in AL like they do back home in Indiana.

I told Santa Claus for two years now I wanted a Maverick truck. He told me to be a good boy and be patient. My last conversation with Santa Claus was "Please may I get a Maverick Truck for Christmas. I have been a good boy and have been patient". Well Santa Claus left me a note this Christmas and explained there is an Elf shortage and constrained items. But he assured me that because I have been patient and have been a good boy, I will have my new Maverick before next Christmas. I'm a happy boy now and will continue to be patient and will try to be good. After all, everyone knows that Santa Claus knows who is naughty and nice.

I can relate. Santa had my hybrid order 10/21. I thought I’ve been good but he teased me with a December build date and then had the elves move it to 2023. Mrs Claus made Santa make it a priority 2. Nothing yet. I may get a lump of coal.
If a single 2023 new hybrid order is delivered before me I’m setting a trap for Santa
