I'm in a similar boat as you. Truck was built 2/5, original delivery was supposed to be 2/24, now it's a month later and still no truck. When I called Ford customer service and expressed concern about my private offer expiring on 4/3, they said to ask the sales manager to call the business resource office(?) if truck doesn't arrive before the expiration date. Doesn't give me a very warm feeling...

If you call Ford Customer Svc. or Ford Marketing, they should be able to give you the new extended expiration. I had the same date and now they've given me July 5th.

Thanks for the tip. As it turns out, my truck arrived last week after all and the dealer was able to apply the private offer. Glad to have my XLT hybrid maverick in cactus grey (or whatever the color is called these days)!

My dealer wasn't able to pull up my certificate until they had my truck, picked her up 2 weeks ago... When I sat down with finance the certificate came right up. The original certificate expired but Ford extended the offer automatically. I was worried with the lack of communication but it turned out alright in the end. Loving my Maverick and all of the information in this group. Thanks to all for sharing. I hope my experience helps.
Mine is the opposite. Salesman claimed it was there before but now the truck is in it isn't available. It came in last Thursday. Now I'm going up there Monday morning to hopefully get it done. Might have to buy the truck without the PO and hope they send me a check later. Little worried about doing that though.

So I figured something out today while looking at our certificate numbers for our carryover Maverick orders. The Maverick team gave the numbers in a very easy way. Maybe this will help you if your dealer can't pull your certificate number from your name and address.

The certificate number has 12 digits. The first 5 is the the dealer code based on the dealership your 22 order was submitted. This would be found on your order sheet.
The next 2 numbers are 22. The year of your order.
The next 4 numbers are the order number on your 22MY order. Also found on your order sheet.
The last number is 1 or 2. Since an order number can be used twice, one for a W8E body code (FWD) and one for a W8F body code (AWD). They would have to try 1 first and if it does pull then try 2.

Hope this helps. Sorry it took so long for me to figure that out.

Don't forget that your dealer needed to COVP your 22 order to get the private offer for transitioning from 22 to 23.
Thank you for sharing this Tim. Prior to my truck arrival, my salesman said I had a private offer. My truck arrived on Thursday and now he says its not available. He said he sees the rebate but its not giving him a certificate number to select it. I showed him this post and he said it didn't work. He said his Ford rep. won't return his calls and this whole thing is a mess. Another amazing person on here took my info and looked it up at the dealership he works for. He says I don't even have a private offer on my account. I'm so confused on what is going on. Do you have any advice?

Hi There Ford Video, i have all the #'s , now where would one plug these into, or does a dealer have to do this , does it bring up a Cert #.
Also, any info on a Order Change from 23 - 24, as i started with FWD Hybrid, Changed to AWD Eco in an attempt to get a Build,, would the Original Ordered Hybrid be what the Cert Amount be based on, 3,400. Private Offer. is this what the Certificate would state. ?? Thx, Coyote

Dealer would need that to get your offer but this was a trick I figured out for 23MY private offer for those carryover 22MY orders.

So i can advise the dealer how to get this, because by changing my order i don't know how to configure my new cost.
1] i can take the Private Offer Amount off, or
2] i can take the 2023 Price List and configure the new Cost ,
it comes out different,
Thank for all suggestions, as i have a '23 dealer stock unit reserved at a dealer ' in transit ,
and i rec;d notice of build date on my Rollover, Thx

Private offer is for those that put in a custom (retail) order that didn't get theirs built in the 22MY. If you are buying a dealer stock then you will not receive this private offer or price protection. Those are only available those where the person who ordered the vehicle, buys the vehicle they ordered.

Re; Custon '23 rollover order, i configured 2 different Cost,
1] one by taking off the Private Offer of 3,400. for the Original Hybrid order.
2] Another by using the '23 price list for items.

being i changed the Power to Eco , not sure what Private Offer relates. Thx again.

The private offer is you ordered a 22MY would be based on your order motor in 22MY. If you are talking about the private offer for a 24MY, it would be based on what you ordered in the 23MY.
