How to use the incentive offer certificate?

I was approved by ford for incentive offer. But I didn't find any place to fill in the certificate # when I build online. So just print out and show to dealer then the dealer place the order?

Which incentive specifically are you talking about?

When you purchase the vehicle just hand over your printout or certificate number and they will do the rest. You don't do anything at order time, just when you are ready to buy.

I mean student recognition offer.

I contact the dealer, they just ask me sent them the online build list, so I went to ford website build, but I didn't find any place to redeem the offer. So the build price is still original price.

Yup, you got it. The rebate offer comes off after taxes and fees (depending on your state) so it doesn't actually come off the vehicle price. Hence it being handled by the finance team at purchase.
