Someone at Ford (usually the head of their region or Maverick brand team) would contact them to tell them what is correct. This would be the last resort but if they are totally ignorant and unwilling to learn or help you, it would be a way to get the money you deserve.What does that entail? I don't want to create a adversarial situation where I arrive to pick up my new Maverick and everyone at the dealership is PO'd.
I haven't talked to them face to face. Sales manager just hasn't gotten back to me and it's been a week plus.
