How to disable / turn off Pedestrian Warning sound?

Does anybody know how to shut this noisemaker off?
I'm sure Forscan or Wirecutters will do the trick but I'm hoping for something easier.

The warning sound is a federal requirement ( NHTSA ) since September 2020. Disabling could have legal consequences if you get into a pedestrian accident.

The f150 guys sprayed foam in the speaker. Loud enough for pedestrians to hear it and quiet enough to not be obnoxious by poor design. Even guys who pulled the wire off said the electric motor was loud enough for anyone to be alerted.

What he's saying is, take the speaker apart and disable it from the inside so it looks like a defect, not deliberate.
