Yes lane keeping on all 360. Guessing the tech/software that's needed for ACC is also needed for lane centring which is why it's only avail with ACC.

regardless, real happy I got both. I had forgotten why I upgraded to Lariat Lux. lol

Regarding wind stability. I drove from Raleigh to Baltimore on February 19. It was really, really windy. When we stopped at a rest stop it was difficult to hold the upwind door open to exit the truck. And according to World Weather Info the average wind velocity during the day in Baltimore on 2/19 was 22.8 mph. Anyway, the Mav was very stable. Exceptionally stable. I had no trouble whatsoever staying in the center of my lane. I only felt buffeted a couple of times.

And the cruise (lux lariat) really reduces the stress of a long drive.

I had a 2011 Fiesta and it was amazingly stable in high cross winds. My Fiesta and Focus had what was/is called Active nibble control. In simplest terms when the vehicle is pushed sideways in one direction the system counteracts by steering it in the opposite direction. Been on Fords for years.

C'mon, No car is going to get blown across 3 lanes by a semi , not even a Mitsubishi mirage.

Lol. Mine was a rental. No idea if it had that. To be fair, 3 lanes is an exaggeration but I did not feel safe when a big rig flew by; there was significant movement.

used to driving heavy pickups on the highway so it was an eye opener.

It flew across 3...uh...4 lanes of traffic. Yeah, that's the ticket!

I drove my Maverick home 546 miles when I picked it up. It does not get blown all over the place. It is a very sturdy ride and has some weight to it. I just drove it 109 miles on the interstate today. Very solid and sturdy. No blowing around.
