I just had service done at 46k and my pads are at 7mm. Which is in the " green" for good so iam thinking 70-80 k for replacement. My wife drives our mav and she is much harder on brakes than me. My 16 year old ram still has original brakes at 67k.
A lot of variable between people and their driving styles to gauge when one's particular vehicle may need brake pads.
