How long did it take for you to get a 2025 order confirmation email?

I got my e-mail confirmation from Ford a bit under 24 hours after the order was submitted. Even though the order was placed yesterday, a week after the order banks opened, it must have been the dealers first as the order id is J000

odd..very odd

Our extended family and friends placed 3 orders in the past week..We all ordered from different dealers, 2 x my25 and 1 x my24.
One dealer is the brother in law of my friend.
Not one of us got an email confirmation from Ford...not even one.
Not sure how and why you got a Ford email unless your build triggered one..we all ordered XL with different options...

Ford CS confirmed we have orders placed..Every dealer sent screenshots with order numbers. But nothing came from Ford directly..
I dont want to call BS on your statement but I take it with a grain of salt...post screenshot here please

Interesting...Not sure what your dealer did differently than all the other dealers. You are the only one coming here with proof of email confirmation. Out of 3 orders I know of ( mine included) there's one placed by a family member of the buyer and not even that one got a Ford email.
Either email are sent out in batches, either they are sent out as soon as allocations open for the said dealer , or I cant explain it.
That said you ordered an XL and the email has a push button engine start when we all know XL is key start only..FAKE (jking)

That said you ordered an XL and the email has a push button engine start when we all know XL is key start only..FAKE (jking)

that's because my Maverick will be super special with the secret codes unlocked. If you want push button on the xl, you dealer must hit "up, down, up, down, F1, F10, left, right, down, down" while submitting the order. That will unlock all secret features and give your Maverick unlimited life! (Oh boy I just aged myself lol)

I think you are probably right. Which is.......a questionable choice for them to make. It is not hard to set up differing emails for the 24 versus 25 orders. If they can accept orders for both 24 and 25 at the same time, they can surely send different emails for 24 versus 25. Or is this just me giving Ford Corporate too much credit again......
