huh?Are you saying the orders placed on August 1st after 4pm EST , 2nd and maybe 3rd and 4th will not receive Ford email confirmations while orders placed on the 5th and later will ?

Yes. That is what someone at Ford communicated out. The order confirmation emails are sent when the order is placed, and according to Ford, there is no way to have them resend if it did not work the first time.

Sorry to hear that, I had a great 2021 . Took a couple of interesting vacations.....
Ordered 8/1 at 2:20, still no email, but called Ford at the number listed on the My Ford site and they were able to confirm it existed and was under my name. Support guy said sometimes early orders fail to receive email confirmations because of overwhelming volume, and their system sometimes won't send emails that are too old due to potentially out-of-date information.

Apparently the early bird catches the frustration of no email. Don't worry, your delayed reward is getting scheduled first...if there's an allocation for your order, no constraints, and the deity of your choice proffers additional assistance.

I think a work around to get your email confirmation. If the dealer makes one change to your order, the order will need to be submitted. I added a front license plate bracket to @paneubert order. Did you receive it, Paul?
Adding some options won't affect the Order Receipt Date, like the front license plate bracket. Or an option can be added, submitted, removed and resubmitted. That would push the email confirmation email.
