Hold or Sell

Trying to decide if I want to hold or sell my maverick I just picked up. Only 1200 miles on it. Lariat Rapid Red First Edition Hybrid. Wanted to put this post out there to get some feelers.

We can't really answer that, but I don't think you're going to get strong offers from anyone on this forum. If you don't want it, shop it around to the usual suspects. Don't be afraid to list it on autotrader and cargurus as well.

Over the last 30 years every time I had a vehicle for sale & someone inquired about it, the first thing every one of them asked me was not how it ran, but 'why are you selling it', so why are you interested in selling it since you just picked it up?

Sell soon, the market is going down if you do not want to keep it. If you want it, keep it. Lightnings are now at auction bringing MSRP (100-115K 3 months ago), I sold a Mach E last August and a friend with the same exact car just got an offer for $20K less. I think values are on the decline, as much as I hate to say it.

Whatever is best for you as assuming you don't need the truck now and on the fence. Do you like the hybrid or would the full size truck be more useful. It's your call, not ours.

In two months my FX4 offers have gone down 2-3000 from the same buyers. Make your mind up quick is all I can say. I have definitely decided to keep mine.

Sell it. Won't lose much value (if any) and you get to get the truck you're interested in. Or, if you're feeling generous, I'll look after it for you, and if you change your mind, you can come get it back...
