We've noticed a similar increase in MPG since the new exhaust was installed.
I'm looking forward to getting the battery cable recall done, and especially the under hood fire recall accomplished. Maybe THEN we'll have a whole vehicle.

We received a "Customer Satisfaction Program 22B39" notice in the mail concerning the battery cables. I have an appointment scheduled for the 25th.

We also received a second "under hood fire" recall recently which stated that parts wouldn't be available until October. We had the holes drilled and shutters removed last year as part of the "under hood fire". If the problem stems from the 20 or so vehicles having machining issues with the no.4 engine bearing journal, what "parts" are going to be replaced?? Bearings? Crankshaft? Engine Block?
No one seems to know.

Anyone still waiting for parts on the exhaust and can comment if the part is still difficult to get? I’ve had my engine light on for almost a year now..

Check engine light for that code (message in Ford Pass App), goes off and on about once a week for me.
Stays on for about a day or two then off again.

Local Ford dealers hard to work with and/or completely overworked.

After making an appointment and then going in, closest Ford dealer (30 miles from me) said it would take 2-3 weeks for the diagnosis and another 1-2 weeks for the repair. No diagnosis yet, but knows whatever it is is another 1-2 weeks?
Total waste of my time making an appointment in person to be told that.

The various recalls would take even longer with an unknown ETA.

Next closest Ford dealer (45 minutes from me) is comparably more reasonable.
Said it would take 2-3 days for a diagnosis and then depends on outcome and parts.
No loaner vehicles and extended warranty pays back rental cost up to $50 AFTER expense and verify covered event.

After reading forums here, I plan to just keep an eye on the Check Engine Light and Ford Pass App details.

Truck has almost 40,000 miles and has been wonderful.

Wish I was able to get faster service from Ford Dealerships.
I have 1 vehicle, so paying essentially out of pocket on a rental car for an unknown amount is a no go for me.
What good is a warranty if it's effectively rendered useless with time/service constraints.

Since these are all non critical recalls/events at this time, I plan to monitor.
I hope the 2025 Maverick Model year has Hybrid with AWD.

I will trade this one in immediately.

The dealer can then handle the recalls and check engine codes/backorder parts on their time.
