I have never had an issue with my 2023 until today. I was leaving and ran across my brother in law a couple of houses down the street, opened passenger side window and talked for a few minutes. I then heard what sounded like a phone chime and my Maverick bricked on me. I shut everything down and waited a few minutes and still would not work. I waited a few more minutes, opened and closed drivers door and hit the start button and all returned to normal. It was just serviced at a Ford dealer last Wednesday. Going to get my battery tester to test the 12 volt battery under the back seat.
Thank you ,best regards

Follow up, I just read the paperwork from my service last week and it appears that the tech did not check the battery. In the Vehicle check up (part of 10k service) it is barely legible but it appears have DNI written in. Back to the dealership.

No, door wasn't opened until I tried the second attempt to start. I did it like I had just got in fresh start. I drove it about 10 miles and tested the 12V battery and my tester said charge and retest. Today it seemed fine but while driving it acted up again losing power and a big red message on the dash saying to pull over immediately if safe.(Paraphrasing) It restarted fine after stopping and checked battery again and battery voltage was 12.01 CCA was 350 Battery health was 47% so I need to take it back to service and see about ordering/installing a BAGM48H6760 battery.
Sadly the warranty line seems to be 39% - now, I don't know if that is Ford's special SOC, or the normal worlds that you are seeing. Probably normal since they use a battery tester too.
So not there yet by prior standards. Perhaps those have changed?

And 12 V is no problem for the hybrid to still use in starting.
I've run at 11.6-11.8 for months with no problem starting. (also never got a Fordpass app alert about Deep Sleep Mode)

At least from reports it appears you'll get the AGM replacement - unless they have a stock of older batteries.

Oh - any voltage reading within at least 1 hr from last charged isn't accurate - you are probably lower than 12 V.

Thanks for the info, my battery tester is a good quality homeowners version but have put it up against name brands and it was within 1-2% of professional testers. Talked with the local dealership and they confirmed battery wasn't tested at time of service. They want it dropped off for them to charge and test which is what I expected. Got it on a Ford recommended trickle/2 amp charger again so when its fully charged I will retest myself, I at least have the right CCA's to enter.
