Headliner Issues after Side Airbag Recall Replacement

I didn't mention a thing when dropping it off.

It came back with:

1. Oily fingerprints on the headliner
2. Broken clips on the headliner
3. Four plastic panels gouged
4. Scratched dash (still not fixed)

Professionals act professional. These are not professionals.

They scratched a rear speaker cover on mine and drug something across steering wheel and gouged emblem, not to mention rubber seals not covering headliner at door openings and dirty fingerprints everywhere.

Thats smart, the issue was some stupid government regulation where the airbag was like 1-2mm shy of expanding to their specs.

As I’ve said before, this is totally disheartening.
(I’m not anti-American at all.
But in this case, they can kiss my posterior.)

I had mine done last week. When I picked it up, all looked fine except the headliner and A-pillar trim on the driver's side weren't right. The headliner didn't "tuck in" correctly, and the trim didn't fit correctly. Unfortunately, I picked it up late, and there was nobody who could do anything with it then.

Today I went back, and they fixed it in about 15 minutes. Happy camper.
