Has Ford Issued A TSB For The Windshield?

Mine just started ticking.. 160 miles on it. Drivers side. A TSB would be helpful so the dealer wont play the dumb game.

IIRC some sort of alignment dowels that the robots need to install the windshield are left in place after assembly and eventually start rattling.

Negative. There are now over 100,000 units that could eventually need to be fixed at this rate.

If you create a ford account and link it to your vehicle you can go to your vehicle dashboard. Scroll way down. You can see a lot. Service history, current recalls and a list of TSB’s that are related to your vehicle. Along with other stuff.
