Being in New England, was planning on having the truck spread with oil. Actual up here there is N.H. Oil which is a vegetable type oil. There are better oils, but what is available if you want the cavities, door panels etc sprayed.
I prefer "Extra Virgin" Olive oil myself!

Did add a video of the new product and not sure will go with it as still leaning to the the every year oiling. Like said in post on page one are better products, but is the one that is local and one plan on using.

NHOIL

video of the new wax and oil but semi hard.

The oil treatment that is yearly. Thinking of this version but will see.

That's like looking under the fridge and finding a bunch of dust, dropped food and crap. It's better not to look in the first place. At least that's what I tell my wife as she makes me move the damn thing and clean it up

I'll have to deal with MagChlor here in Colorado. Magnesium Chloride.
State sprays that on the roads here. Maybe salt/Sand in the mountains. Longmont, Denver etc
uses MagChlor around town. Supposed to keep roads clear of ice/snow when below freezing.
Think they use it to control dust on dirt roads, near homes. Made the mistake of heading to Moffat Tunnel one year, as they were in the process of spraying the road! Several washes later, and I was STILL washing MagChlor and dirt from the tail light area!!! But, no rust!

I would not spray vegetable oil under my Maverick anywhere near the plant base shrouded wiring. You are likely to end up running over a vegan or two.
