Go with the Curt, it leaves the factory crash bar in-place, and mounts under it, yet positions the receiver within the bumper cut out area.

I am sooo glad I had the hitch added at the factory for $100

I ordered a hitch receiver. But my order was during supply issues. Sales person told me if I dropped the receiver on my XL, the truck would get built. So I did and the truck was built shortly thereafter.

I bought the Curt hitch and put it by my self with no helper . I’m a 70 year old guy and it was easy. Laid on the driveway and used a floor jack to lift into place . Cut the plastic opening pretty well and put back in place. Took maybe 3-4 hours max.
