Yeah it's a very different time for vehicles now than 22 and most of 23. The average wait times for hybrids were 6-9 months, and 3-6 months for EB. During 22-23 you were lucky to get it at MSRP, without $5k-15k markups.I got a ‘24 fx4 lariat with 4K tow package. For $500 under msrp after waiting 0 days for it. I searched Ford.com by model and options and it showed me a perfect match 45 miles away. After a few text messages back and forth, I was confident in the price I was getting and that there would be no hidden dealer add ons. So I drove there after work, test drive it, bought it and took it home that night.
But after reading this thread, I’m pissed that I didn’t get any gifts from my dealer. Not everyone can afford to just go out and buy a new yeti coffee mug!
