Fuse location

I am installing A dash cam in a 2023 XLT Ecoboost. I am trying to locate an acc. fuse that is only powered when the key is on. It appears that all the fuses are always energized. Is this correct? Any help from someone who has installed a hardwire kit for a dash cam would be really appreciated.

Some are definitely not only when key is on. From advice here, I used the 1 / 2 fuse (cabin fuse panel). It's a micro 3, but it is NOT used by anything in the Maverick, a 2 way fuse tap works fine.
for anything that you want power , even with key off, number 24 is power all the time. Also a spare fuse spot from Ford.

Thanks for your help. I see that there are two 5 amp fuses that are not used. They are not the 2 blade type but are 3 blade fuses. The center blade is hot when the key is off and the two outer blades supply 2 different circuits. I think that I will use one of those with the standard 2 blade wire tap.

With my Garmin mini I used fuse #3 for accessories power and fuse 18/19 for constant power for parking mode.
