Mine recently stopped working, there is no in line fuse for the harness, it plugs directly into the BCM connector under the dash. Has a blue wire that connects to where the cargo light pin used to go, and a red wire that I can only assume is pinned in the BCM to a constant on direct line to the battery to power the "capacitive touch" feature.

Tested the harness at both lights and am getting 12v on said blue wire when cargo light is on and grounded to black (ground wire) on the harness. Not getting any continuity on the light modules themselves but not sure if thats normal. Something tells me that Ford/Lumens wouldn't green light this kit if it wasn't fused. What happens if someone smashed a light whilst loading cargo or pinched a wire in the tailgate/lamp area. It would fry the BCM.

Laaaaate reply but pin 69 on the BCM connector (where constant 12v for the lumens harness goes into) is fused at #12 in the passenger footwell.

Hey just wanted to say thank you! Much appreciation for identifying for me which fuse handled that. Installed the Lumen capacitive bed light and suddenly everything went dark. Was just about to give up and begrudgingly go to the dealer when I saw what you posted. Pulled fuse #12, which by the way I have never seen before, and replaced. Suddenly everything started working again. Fuse is actually two fuses, has three prongs. I think one side isn't used.
