I installed the App a few weeks ago before my truck arrived. After it arrived last week, I activated it and it showed deep sleep after I left the dealership. I checked the battery and it was fine and was showing 14v+ when the truck is on, so it never was a battery issue. Last night, I went into the iOS app store and searched Ford Pass and clicked on it and it showed Update so I went ahead and updated it. The error has been gone since and I can now lock and unlock the truck and remote start. I use iOS but don't know if an update for Android exists. I am guessing it was an App issue that was fixed.I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but don't know how to update it otherwise. It doesn't have a software update pending.
