Ford Pass is for use with smart phones. The vast majority of smart phones have operating systems that use data collection and tracking as a significant portion of their overall revenue stream.

Worrying about Ford's data collection seems kind of silly when you take the other stuff into consideration, don't you think?

And the small percentage of people who use a truly secure smart phone OS wouldn't use anything like Ford Pass to begin with.

I use the app and didn't read it. I don't care what it says. As long as it's free. Any time you do anything online you leave a footprint so why worry about it. I knew somebody that said I don't do anything online I do everything in person so you'll never find anything about me. I went to a website typed in their name and said So here's the addresses you used to live at, here's all the phone numbers you've had, here's how old you are, here's a bunch of relatives. And they freaked out. I said You may not go online but everything else is online so people know about you. Everybody spies on you

Your using a computer of some type and your concerned about what a privacy policy says?
Information about you has been gathered and all for a very long time. Heck there’s cameras watching you everywhere. Dental, medical, banking, employment, you name it it’s out there and probably hacked before. Wrapping yourself in tin foil not gonna help. Chill, no need to live in fear, enjoy what life we all have left, just my opinion. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!!
