Ford sends out (blanket spam) email -- "An Important Update About Your Order"

Yes. And let me tell you the emotional rollercoaster I went through. I’ve been out of town for work, and haven’t really had service so couldn’t check my email yesterday.

WELL… we just got home from the drive back. I’m sitting on the toilet where I remember I need to see if I got scheduled! I open my email… I see “FORD MOTOR COMPANY”…. I cannot tell you the excitement that went through my body. I ran out of the bathroom, cheeks still dirty(?), to open and read the email with my wife. What I thought was going to be a celebration. And what quickly turned into my wife trying to console me while standing in the living room, pants around my ankles, and a half wiped rear.

This was quite literally the shittiest email I have ever received.

July 23rd EB XLT order by the way. No constraints. What so ever.

I got one this morning (Friday 3/19/22). I ordered a Hybrid Lariat w/Lux Package, co-pilot360 on Oct 23,2021.
At least it is not asking me to drop options to get my truck. I'm only 5 months into the 6 month estimate I was told when I placed the order. With all of the added events that have happened since, I've expected delays to the 6 month estimate all along.
If my order is pushed to the next model year, I'm hoping the parts I have bought ahead for it will still fit it. I've not ordered the Tuxmats because of that.

I’d pay special attention to the wording differences of the 2nd paragraph from the First Edition emails and the others.

I got it 10:39 last night. No indication whether it is my "Scheduled" build ordered locally, or my confirmed order from Granger. Probably covers both.
Both 2.0 Lariat Lux 4K tows.

Yep I got that same email last night at Mar 18, 2022, 9:04 PM ... my Maverick is XLT Hybrid and I ordered it back on Oct 25, 2021.

I'm in with the October orders, so I know its a coin flip essentially on whether or not I will get pulled for MY22 production (especially with all the constrained items I have). But here's my question, and it's just an observation, not a complaint or gripe about waiting:

This week was supposed to be scheduling for 5/2 build week. Aside from a handful of people scheduled for 4/25, does anybody know if ANYONE actually got scheduled for 5/2?

I feel like the 5/2 scheduling emails would go out and then this email we received would go to all of those who didn't get scheduled asking for patience. Maybe if you didn't receive one of these emails but your order is confirmed, it means you are about be to scheduled?

Regardless, at least Ford broke radio silence. In a way, if nothing else, it serves to "double-confirm" your order.

I received a slightly different email last night @ 10:24pm:

We want to make sure it’s assembled right, so we will be performing quality checks, inspections and tests before it’s delivered to you.

We know there’s a lot of anticipation when it comes to getting into a new vehicle, so we’ll make sure to keep you updated. Once your vehicle is assembled, you’ll be hearing from us again with an estimated date for delivery to your dealer.

100 percent pure Base XL Hybrid - got the emails - don't like that the title of the email is 'A Change to Your Maverick 2022 XL Order' - there's really no 'change' mentioned and since I have 0 options...I don't get the peculiar 'change to your order' title.
