Now that the order banks have opened for the my24, when will we know what kind of discount Ford will offer to the my23 buyers that have rolled over to my24?

Probably not until Ford knows the details on which 23’s will roll to 24’s. Not sure I’d expect anything before Thanksgiving.

I hope its good, my XLT hybrid lux with spray in liner went from $27k to $31k and got the spray in removed to boot. I'm going to walk if the offer does not cover the increase. $4500 ($500 to cover line-X) is too big a pill to swallow.

no discount....you'll get price protection.....so what ever it was when you made order....you'll get a check in a couple of months for the difference

The way it worked for me in 23 was “Price Protection” equated to the dealership holding to the original price for the sale and they get the difference sent to them from Ford Corp. after the fact. I don’t have to shell out any more than what I had originally signed for. I would hope that’s the case for 24.

I believe its dealers discretion whether they give you last years price and keep the check or charge you MY24 price and send you the check.

That’s exactly the case with my ‘22/‘23 rollover that I’m picking up from Chapman tomorrow.... the private Offer $ comes off the trucks price vs a rebate check later...
