I hope its good, my XLT hybrid lux with spray in liner went from $27k to $31k and got the spray in removed to boot. I'm going to walk if the offer does not cover the increase. $4500 ($500 to cover line-X) is too big a pill to swallow.

I believe its dealers discretion whether they give you last years price and keep the check or charge you MY24 price and send you the check.

Our dealer told us legally they couldn't hold onto the rebate. (but I didn't get my price protection rebate day of sale, had to hassle to get it afterwards.)

I think they can either credit you up front or send the check on the back end

One thing I believe you will find with the Price Offer, you will effectively pay sales tax on its value...

Just like a Factory rebate that appears on a final sales document you sign when actually purchasing/taking delivery, the Private Offer is applied ..after.. the final price is calculated and taxes and tags are added.

I've had factory Rebates a dozen times in 50 years, they've all worked that way and it's the way it worked this week with my Private Offer.

It's small, but it is what it is...
