Ford logo above front windshield camera and safety sensor?

While getting my Maverick serviced, I’m walking around the lot and noticed at least a 2026 models and maybe one late 2025 model have the four logo above the front camera safety cluster. Am I just noticing this for the first time or has it been talked about?

My 2025 was built in November and no Ford badge where you saw it.
It seems like Ford wasn't keeping it a secret they manufacture the Maverick, so it's not like they are letting the cat out of the bag by putting on a windshield sticker..

My 2025 is considered Job 2 - built in March....no logo in the windshield.

It may have been added by dealer. Looks to be above the camera so I assume it wouldn't cause an issue

I don’t know about that, if it was installed by the dealer they would have “accidentally” placed it on the outside covering the camera! Oops!

Looks factory to me. My 2023 Mach-E has one in the same exact spot. Fun fact, it is the only Ford badge on the entire vehicle, that includes the interior as well. Ford must be real proud about this vehicle......lol

Searched Google for 2026 Mavs and only a few pics have the logo.

From ^that^ site, these two trucks are the exact same per the windows sticker (same price too). But the first has the logo and the second doesn't... Maybe a certain date as suggested?

I can confirm that every single 2026 model on the lot, roughly about 17 Mavericks had the logo. I did see a 2025 that looks like it had been delivered on December 7 that was on the other side of the lot an XLT that also had the logo, but I didn’t get a good look at the sticker or anything. That was the first one I noticed and I didn’t think about it and I wasn’t going to walk back across the lot once I saw the 2026s lol

Not surprised, it seems to be the big thing in the industry now to plaster branding and logos on as many exterior parts of a vehicle as possible. It started a few years ago with adding logos and trims and such to headlights and taillights. Then it was the plastic cover in the passenger dashboard over the glove box. I guess this is just the next step.
