I was surprised how easy this was to take apart, paint and reassemble. The camera housing and emblem are one piece, then the emblem is 4 pieces that come apart like any other paintable ford emblem.

Doing the front emblem and bar across the grill and headlights next.

Resurrecting this thread. How is the camera housing assembly removed from the tailgate?

Can it be popped off from the rear w/o removing the inner tailgate panel?

No, you'll need to remove the 8 or 10 torx screws and the tailgate panel to gain access to disconnect the camera harness then 2 bolts hold it to the tailgate.
