Was wondering about getting Ford ESP for my Mav Lariat Lux. With all the tech in it will be costly if it goes bad. I was looking at 5 years 200 deductable 60k or maybe a bit more miles. Grainger adds 50 bucks to cover the lights. Heard on my truck a headlight cost 1200 bucks. Any advice would be appreciated.

I used Granger just this past week.. took 6 years and 85,000 miles.. added Rental, key replacement and the light package…. Dealt with Brooke and within 4 immediate emails, bought it and paid about 1250…. I’m estimating, if you need actual I can look it up. Down loaded the contract and it is showing in my Ford Pass account as ESP 72 months and 85,000 miles

I went with 100k/8year with $100 deductible. Added the lights add on. Mine was $1280 if I remember correctly. Mine is FWD, not AWD. Also bought from Granger. I plan on keeping the Maverick a long time so I thought it was well worth it.

I am getting older may not need a truck 5 years from now. But costs seem reasonable. Prob be better if I call to sort out what I need.

I’m 72 and took the 6 years with lots of miles. Worse comes to worse, my grandson will be 16 in 6 ears and if I’m not around, Little Blue Truck will be…

OP, the Ford ESP is cancelable in the future for a prorated refund. It also is transferable and adds value for the next owner. While I’m not generally a fan I did purchase ESP on my Raptor due to cost to repair and electronics....

Where does it show in the app exactly, if you don't mind. I also bought ESP from Granger but don't readily see it in the app?

Got a quote from both "Flood Ford" and "Granger Ford" for a 23MY Maverick on (12/03/2022). Both are comparable. Quotes were for 85k miles/8 yrs with both $50 & $100 deductibles with the interior/exterior lights addition. NO rental or key additions. Flood Ford - $50 deductible $1,440 / $100 deductible $1,300. Granger Ford $1,480 / $1,340 respectively. This example shows $40 difference between the two. About a month ago I checked price and Granger was cheaper at that time by $100. So before you go into the office to sign the paperwork, check prices Ext War for current prices for that day. Prices fluctuate. If your local dealer can match the price, go local and support your local dealer. I have heard of dealers that hold fast to their price list and won't budge. If that being the case, no hurry getting the Ext War. Easy to do online and go for Flood or Granger and take your business to one of them. (y)

It's under the service tab. Then under the warranty section.

Go w/ the PremiumCare. That covers almost everything (for not that much more $). If you get one of the others.... you'll just be disappointed when the part that fails isn't covered!
