Ford Customer Service On Here

I am wondering if Ford personaly cares about issues on this site. I had a issue with my Maverick and like everyone else on here who has a issue with there Maverick Ford asks for your vin and will supposedly do something about it. They gave me a case number. Well that was 4 weeks ago. Never heard anything about my issue. I contacted my dealer and he looked into it. He stated they closed the case and never did anything. Is Ford paying this site.
I just saw another post of someone else with a issue with Ford customer service on here and that thread you can’t respond to. Do they have some control here or what.
Terrible service by Ford!

Hey guys I really don't know what to say I too had a problem with my Maverick never getting and allocation. I called Ford customer care and I talked to four different people over a six-week time span . The two guys did not even give a damn a matter of fact the one told me it was a huge waste of time nothing will ever get done. The two ladies did everything they could and because of them I got my build date😎🖒. So I guess what I'm trying to say is hang in there and keep calling and Getting the right person they will help you because that's what happened to me even though I struck out two times I hit it over the wall twice with those ladies help. By the way 10 and a half months I'm still waiting but it's on a train somewhere out in the West heading to the East😎

😆 ford doesn’t care about anything but profits. Sure don’t care about you, Ford already got your money.

@Ford Motor Company is merely on here to make us all “feel” warm and fuzzy that they actually care and are doing something materially helpful. Please prove me wrong someone.
Patience is a virtue, and all we have to do is wait for five years. After all of us pay off our Mavericks in 5 years or less, we're either going to a) buy another Maverick and/or Ford product OR b) Tell them to ram it, cram it, and jam it sideways and go buy a different vehicle.

It's entirely up to Ford how it treats its customers. Our money is just as good at any other dealership out there.

I have friends in the automobile buisness and actually work at Ford dealerships. The story’s they tell me about customers calling the dealership every week wanting an update on their order.
My gawd give it a break. Can you imagine what is going on at Ford Customer Care. Most likely understaffed (like most other companies) with Yahoo’s freaking out about their order.

I love the people on here telling people to relax and give it a break. You probably didn't have any issues with your order and got it a few months later.

There are some of us who are at a year waiting and still don't have a truck. Either provide help or shut up

yeah I’m not getting this truck if you waited 10 months. Seems like things have slowed since the Lightning came out. Sitting at 7/8 months.
