I purchased my Mav at the end of June while dealers were still dealing with the CDK hack. I hadn't received the Rewards points for the purchase yet, so I gave a call to the customer service line at 833-502-1689. I was expecting a long wait time and possible language barriers. OMG, quite the opposite. After verifying a couple questions, the CSR verified I had not received the points, issued a case number and said they should hit my account within 5 days. Entire call was only 10 minutes. This is the way service should be.
