So I ordered the OEM bed divider from Ford.com (15% off going on for a while) using the points I got from buying the truck. It arrived in a beat up box and inside they mixed in some random metal parts (not even for Maverick) with the divider and two banged against each other and the divider got badly mangled. Anyway called customer service line and got the RMA, shipped the same day and 2 weeks later still no sign of my reward points refunded. Fedex tracking shows the package delivered the next day I shipped it. Is that a common experience with Ford accessories department?

I just ordered one of those today. I'm having it shipped to a nearby dealer. Maybe it won't get so banged up.

Is Ford sending you out a replacement bed divider, or are you going to find another supplier ?
Apparently they don't do replacements at all. I asked for a replacement first and they said I have to return and order again.
Now I'm afraid if I order again the same warehouse will ship the one I returned and that will be 😂

"Sometimes take a week , but can take 30 days" I want my points back so I can order something else with the sale still going on.... May be it's not worth to go oem with the divider.
Even when I've returned stuff bought on a credit card. I've been told it may take a few days to a week to show up as a credit.

Ford Accessories is a nightmare. I fought and fought with them over an order I returned and had tracking for and never got resolution from them. Talked to so many reps and supervisors and had numerous case numbers but in the end it didn't matter, nobody "could" do anything, it always had to go through another department that I couldn't talk to and they could only email. Eventually they stopped returning my calls and requests for email updates (I started documenting everything), until I finally filed for a charge back on my CC. Then within a day I got an email that said since I did a charge back there was nothing more they could do for me. Then they didn't answer the CC company, so I had to wait another 90 days for my refund.

Never again.

Damn.... I can file a charge but that only gives me back about 80 bucks, the rest are reward points. Looks like Im toast

Welp, shortly after this post I got an email from ford accessories indicating all reward points have been refunded ! It's not bad I suppose a little over 2 weeks.
I ordered my separater from the parts dept. Waiting for the rails now, which is taking quite a long time. About $900 worth to keep things where you put them. Wow, what a dope!

Yeah they kinda suck. I ordered sill protectors from them and got the tailgate letters (which I already had ). Pack them up and sent them back. A week later I got the same thing back. I guess the bibs were numbered wrong in the warehouse. Not wanting to keep getting the wrong thing I just sent them back once again and asked that my points be refunded. They assured me that in a few days they would be refunded. Waited a month and called back. They assured me again that it was taken care of and my points would be returned. A month later I called and once again same old story….it has been 2 years in April and I’m still waiting. Did I mention that they suck?
