Ford App completely resetting??

Tapped on my Ford pass app for iphone and it acts like a brand new install lost password and user id. Anyone else had a complete reset?

I have the Android version and it takes a hot second to load. But never acts like it is a new install.

Funny as it sounds, try reinstalling it.

iPhone here and no issues. I did notice that there was a FordPass app update on 12/7. Do you have the latest update?

mine has not reset. But in general i dont use it much cause i think it is severely lacking any real use.

Updated to 4.23.0 today on Android and didn't have any issues but not sure on iOS.

There's a decent sized thread over on the Mach-E forums though and some of the complaints are saying that this update broke Apple Watch functionality/iOS functionality especially concerning PAAK.

Mine was acting up a few days ago on my Iphone. When I could not get it to open, I deleted the app and reinstalled and it works again with no problems

Updated 5 days ago and no issues with the iPhone. The watch app has been borked for a few days (at least)
