We see horror stories on this forum, but I'm here to tell you that it's not all bad. Like some other Mav owners, my hybrid died a couple of weeks ago from the faulty wiring harness that Ford has a service bulletin on. I was able to get it to Apple Ford in Danville, VA before it died on me again. They diagnosed it and ordered the parts that were going to take a week to get there. Then, because they had never worked on something like this before, it took the dealer 3 days to fix it.
But rather than being out of wheels for 10 days, the dealer and Ford rep coordinated to get me rental. The Ford rep followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of and Apple fixed it. They both get high marks for doing the right thing. Love my truck and very pleased with Ford.
