My wife drives a 18 Sportage with the same oil consumption issues. Thankfully, our warranty will cover the engine replacement when the time comes....and it's coming eventually.

Oh, man. That was my biggest fear when I got my ‘22. You have a long wait, that happens, and then you’re back at square one trying to find another MAV. Hopefully you won’t get jerked around by that woman’s insurance company. But be prepared.

Sorry you’ve had so much trouble. I feel fortunate because mine was one of the first ‘22 Mavs to be delivered. Had to deal with the recalls, but otherwise it’s been a great vehicle.

Did they fix the dash rattle? I took mine in on Monday and they put the foam blocks in per the TSB. Didn’t completely eliminate it, but it’s infinitely better. Tolerable.

I’m confident they will get it all fixed for you. I’ve been very impressed with their responsiveness since I’ve owned my MAV.

The Mav seems to keep its occupants safe, for sure. Get ready to do battle with the other guy's insurance, especially if it's Allstate. They will try to lowball the hell out of you.

I was in the Class of '22 when the hybrid was the standard engine. It's the primary reason I rolled the dice, ordered mine and sold my 2019 Honda Ridgeline I thought I'd be driving till the wheels fell off. It was a great decision. I sold the Honda for $25000, $1500 less than I paid for it...

I hate that lazy front end design more each time I look at it. Completely unimaginative.
