The price is reasonable... but his photos show the lights kind of pointing outwards on the quad. I'll probably get the quad bezel with the brackets.... Just need to see more installs to see how they look pointed forward... what the protrusion and tuck look like...
I'm pretty sure the brackets mount to where the top of the tow hook assembly mounts. The light brackets look like they allow for lots of adjustment but since the bumper face is curved and the lights are flat, they will poke out some.

Edit: I'm guessing the light brackets mount to these holes:

I like that FX4 valance with the tow hooks and fog lights.
Was it difficult to make the modifications to mount the tow hooks to a non FX4 truck?
I also like how it looks. My only concern is that without a bezel like the design for the non-tow hook models, cuts have to be perfect or it will look sloppy. I'm guessing with the bezel on the other design you don't have to be perfect as the nicely machined bezel will make it look perfect every time.

As for the tow hooks, I believe general consensus is that there are a couple bolts that will hold them in, but the big mounting point that gives the strength is missing if it didn't come from the factory with them. So more like show hooks. But I imagine 99.9% of people never use them anyway, so why not...

thanks. I goofed somehow and replied without quoting, so I am not surprised it took you a while to see the question.

ditch lights are pre-wired on my Bronco, and I haven't done anything yet but sometimes I see people complain about hood glare.

Haha yeah I think I said in another thread that I'd believe it when I see it. Agree that DD has plenty of issues to solve with multiple products. I wanted to get their CR1 HitchMount pod after seeing it at Overland Expo since my RTT blocks my 3rd brake light. But then they confirmed the Maverick has the same issues as the F150 when you plug the light into the 7 pin and you have the tow package. Supposedly plug and play harness is in development. I'm sure it'll be out in just a month or two right? . I've largely given up adding fog lights to my FX4 at this point since I've added the AD fender flares and have no interest in removing the front bumper now.

Hmmm... maybe just maybe I'll consider the FX4 valance swap, the mock faux hooks and your stacked dual SSC1 lights.... Wire them up to the F150 headlight switch that is a direct sway for the Maverick and has the factory fog light position.. Would really look OEM i think..

Nice.. thank you for sharing that... You'll have the dual SS1 surface mount bezel as well to hide the cuts in the plastic right? And then the bracket to stack them above each other and angle correctly?

If so, I have to start shopping for the FX4 valance and see what is involved in the swap. Will really be a nice addition to the Lariat EB AWD 4K w/ BAP that I have on order. WIll get rid of that cheap look of those huge empty raised panels on the standard bumper.

I think I'd also be in for this as well when it's ready!

Did a quick search and it looks like the tow hooks are shared with Bronco Sport - so there is a chance of getting those second-hand. Pretty sure the lower valance is Maverick only though, so probably not so much.

I'm not sure which I like better now. The larger lights seem more proportionate, but maybe the smaller fit better? I still think I like the larger lights better...I think?

Any luck on the bracket for the faux-hook to tow-hook conversion?

Hey @Justin.23, my fog light kit was delivered today. The brackets are beefy and the bezels look great. However, when can I expect the email with the install instructions? I have a pair of yellow SS3 Sports that I think is going to look killer.
