I use my Colorado's light bar all the time. We live in a heavily wildlife populated area. It gets switched off when the high beams go off. On my Maverick i plan on 4 fog lights in the lower valance, 2 yellow and 2 white. Yellow for fog and rain, then the white as always on, high/low beams.Proper foglights should never solicit getting "hi-beamed". I've had many that did their job but didn't annoy others. The worst are the bumper spanning "FU" lightbars that some think they need on the road. If there were ever a case for justifiable roadrage....
That's cool setup with the high-beams. I have ran fogs and driving lights on many vehicles.I use my Colorado's light bar all the time. We live in a heavily wildlife populated area. Looking forward to seeing this. Hopefully it will give me some ideas to use on the hybrids (no tow hooks)I know this is a hot topic for lots of folks and it's taken me a while to get to it, but I have 3 different foglights headed my way, an fx4 bumer with the tow hooks that'll be here hopefully this week, and brackets ready to test.
Hoping all goes accordingly and I can make something clean and simple!
