So I bought a 2025 on Feb 28. As part of the deal I got WeatherTech floor mats, they drove my old avalanche to me once the mats were in stock. It took 3 weeks for them to get to me. I checked the box and discovered that rear mat was in correct and for a gas engine. I told my sales person and had them ship new ones to a dodge store in my are under same ownership group. It took close to a month for the other order to come in and even longer for me to pick them up since I work during the day and parts closed before I got off work. I finally found a way to get the mat and and to my surprise the sales person ordered a full set. A silver lining so I thought.

I checked the box and the right mat was ordered, but I looked at the sticker and the wrong mat was packed in the box. I called weathertech to see how they could help since the dealer had taken so long for the first set. I was told by the support team at weathertech the dealer needs to take care of it and its not an issue for them to assist with. I called and talked to the manager at the ford store 5 days ago, so far the third rear mat has not gotten ordered. Here we are 69 days since the possession of my maverick and i am still waiting for my rear mat, hat and shirt I was promised as part of my deal. i also have asked them and the local dealer about a keypad as an add on and never get return calls or e-mails. so far the customer service at ford dealers is not good at all.

How many dealers are you basing that on? I believe you've only mentioned one. Some are certainly better/worse than others.

Ford makes hard floor mats for the Mav. Included them in my order. They look nice with the Mav logo and does the same as Weathertech.

I ordered my WeatherTech Floor Liners for my 2025 Maverick Lariat AWD Hybrid and received them the next day and they fit like a glove

I ordered Husky liners for mine, on a Black Friday deal, and got them a month and a half before my Maverick was even delivered.

Sounds like you have a bad dealer. Hopefully you can get everything resolved soon.

I just had a text exchange with the dealer sales manager a little bit ago and he told me that he would not be able to help me. He said WeatherTech did not make a floor mat for the rear of a hybrid 2025 Ford Maverick. I know that they do and I provided him the part number. He said he would see what he could do. I know that they make Ford mats there are other brands. I know that I could buy my own rear floor liner but that's not the point. I got it as part of the vehicle deal and they need to honor that deal.

Ordered my 25 Lariat 2.0 in December and picked it up in March. Ordered mats but none delivered with the truck. Dealer contacted Ford who credited my rewards account with enough for a full set of mats. Got them in a week.

We ordered the Husky liners for my wife's new Mav. Fit great and about 1/2 as much as weather tech - that she'd never been overjoyed with in her old Escape....

I bought Weathertech liners for my last two vehicles. The first one they fit great but on the second one I had typical fitment issues with the edges not laying flat. Contacted Weathertech and they gave me the run around so I just lived with it. I went to purchase them for the Mav and got sticker shoch. They have certainly increased in price since the last time I bought them, and remembering the issues I had with my last set I decided to give a cheaper brand a try. Bought a set of LasFit liners on Amazon for $130. I had to trim a little excess on the back liner but they fit reasonably well and lay completely flat so I'm happy with them so far. Time will tell if they hold up or not but so far they seem like a great deal compared to the Weathertechs.

My Ford brand weather liners fit pretty well. My 2022 Honda CR-V liners fit perfectly. I do not know who makes either. However, I have friends that have gotten Weathertechs that fit poorly, and they are flimsier than the auto brand mats. I have heard the Lasfits from Amazon fit well.
A friend of mine who had owned a body shop told me, if they are floppy, set your vehicle in the hot sun for a few hours totally closed up. That might make them conform better to the well, and freshen your interior too. Also a hand held hair dryer used might serve the same purpose. Be careful not to overheat!

🤓 I bought WEATHERTECH for my Maverick. We had an actual store near e in Colorado as soon as there were available. I noticed here recently they were warping away from the side of the drivers compartment. I called them and explained what was happening and they agreed it shouldn’t happen. They said if I promise to recycle, they would send me a new front set. True to there word a new set arrived and they’re seem to fit better then the 1stst set.
I’ve had WEATHERTECH in other vehicles with no issue . I did send them this picture.
