Now, seeing many reports of people having their build date moved 9 (NINE!) times, and now their 22 is not going to be built, now do you understand some of the doom and/or gloom?
Will still be built, only as a 23. Depending on your point of view, that might be a good thing.

I called Ford and MY22 was cancelled, and my dealer did not do a 23 order. A long wait for nothing.
Ford is doing the rollover to a 23 model and assigning a higher priority code so that it's looked at before new 23 orders. It's not dependent on your dealer.

Who gives a shit for your information in Ford World outside of Mavericks? I’m here for Maverick information, not chicken little broadcasts of the sky is falling.

That is only for orders that had a vin. Dude didn't have a vin.

I don’t understand why some of you opted to not place a new order. That just makes no sense. And your options, should you get dumped, will not include a Maverick.
Why would we place an order when ford themselves gave us a VIN and scheduled production? It doesn't make sense to order again, when the people that are literally going to build the truck say it's getting built. Your vehicle is scheduled for production, and here's your vehicles VIN, are NOT an indicator that your not getting built. In fact it's literally saying that you WILL be built.

You're living in the past. The days of things just happening are gone. These are the days of lowered expectations, unreasonable costs, and half truths and less honesty. Welcome to the present. Be careful what you ask for, you might get it.

- The only "remaining 22 orders" are those that have VIN#s and they will be made.
- There are no remaining 22 orders without VIN#s.
- All customers with "remaining 22 orders" without VIN#s were given an opportunity to convert their orders to 2023 orders with a Priority Code of 10. This window of opportunity has expired.
- The above orders for Transits and Escapes are being given a similar opportunity which is why the memo reads, "Dealers should ensure that all replacement orders..........verified in COVP"

Summary: The above memos have absolutely nothing to do with Mavericks and one has to wonder why it is posted to

It was fairly accurate information on Oct 15.
The only update is that 22's with a VIN will now be built as a 23.
Hope so. Will wait and see what the process will be. But then again, having watched the process change all the time, we’ll see if my 22 with vin, now 23, ends up in my driveway in 23.
