Not only is my "full size" spare tire somewhat smaller it's also NOT a Continental.
Still beats the old temp."donut" spare.

The under bed full use spare is an
Atlas tire. Not a Continental

Measure the tread yourself. If they are that worn so early then you get a new set under warranty and have the dealership check alignment.

I put 40K on my factory tires.

Dealership recommended I look into purchasing new tires for my 2024 XLT EB. I have 4561 miles on the truck and they informed me that the tires have over 65% wear. I noticed the rapid wearing of the tire myself, but I have never used Continental tires before as I am a Firestone tire type of guy. I drive pretty hard compared to most drivers, high speed cornering, sudden acceleration and stopping, etc. The front tires show the most wear in the middle of the tread. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Basically, I need to know if it is actual tire wear based on how I drive, or are Continental tires just really bad quality. Thanks all
I just replaced my Continental tires at the 28,000 mile mark due to excessive wear. The front tires a bit worse than the rear. I bought new tires (Falkan) at Discount Tire and I was told by the staff person they are seeing a lot of this type of wear on the Continental tires.

plenty of reason to run a few psi low.

You can’t rock crawl a Maverick tremor.
I was being snarky, not literal. But the basic point stands.
My tires were around 45 psi also when I got my Mav. I brought them down to a more reasonable 38 right away, figuring that the dealer didn't do that task when the truck arrived. (they also didn't fill the windshield washer reservoir, but that's Ok because I like to use the Rain-X fluid anyway).

I think my truck's arrival at the dealer was a surprise to them, and I was itching to get it in my possession.

Oh, I have the FX4, so I have the Perelli Scorpion tires, which seem to be pretty decent in wet and dry road conditions. Not really tested on off-road nor snow yet.
Same with mine WRT the washer fluid also.

There was a bit of a mis-statement in the 2022-2023 Mavs.

None came with a full sized spare.
But many come with a "full use spare".

Those with the mis-labeled "full size" spares are "full use" spares which means they are rated for full speed use and full load use. You can pull a trailer with them. Stuff you aren't supposed to do with a compact spare.

The factory Pirelli Scorpions with the FX4 package have held up well for me. 16,500 miles, one rotation, and I'm still at 8/32 on both axles with nice even wear. Of course, I drive pretty much opposite of the OP. I'm easy around corners, brake gently, accelerate modestly, unless there is some type of rush, which is rare. I want my truck to last 10+ years.

Mine was labled as "full size spare" on my fact sheet. I'll have to get down on my old Osgood-Schlatter diseased knees and take a look.............

The OEM factory continental tires are not great… the side wall was flimsy and tread was not a lot when I got my Mac in 2022.
I got 32k out of mine but then a screw in one tire forced my hand as I had been on hopes and prayers it would not go flat with the little tread I had.

I didn’t really push my truck too hard and I drive like an old man for MPG.
I installed some new Toyo tires and I should be good for another 5 years or so with 75k tread rating

Why.

We already told you what you have.
A just slightly smaller, but still "full use" spare is under your truck.

On the other knee (see what I did there?) check the air pressure while under there.
