Is it possible to get roof rails for the Maverick? We have them on my wife’s car and with a basket we can hold quite a bit up there.

There is a Yakima option from the factory. They are basic ones for naked roofs that can go in almost any vehicle. Lots of options from other companies too that will work. I just want one rail to work with my bed rack for longer items. I'm hoping to pickup a used one locally.
So does the roof come with pre-drilled holes to mount the rails too?

I see the lack of factory roof rails as a glaring mistake by Ford. I wonder if baby bronco rails could be added

A fold down antenna would be nice with this. Do they make such a thing?
The mast actually unscrews so you're left with just the short sharkfin. I might take my mast off altogether for a more streamlined look as I don't listen to radio much, almost entirely Carplay streaming.

Not sure why the mast is even there in the first place. Both my car and my wife's have just the shark fin and the radio signal is fine.

My MachE has the shark fin. I think it has the WIFI/cell and gps antennas build in as it does not get dew on it overnight like the rest of the car. Some have tried a similar roof rack on there Mustangs and the blade still interferes. Something to said for a whip on the passenger fender.

I would consider the roof rack for a Maverick if I get one for hauling a dinghy or strapping a sunfish mast up there.

Some workplaces need a place to thread in a buggy whip … I have no clue if this is why but at least it doesn’t close off the ability for the Maverick to be used in those facilities for a fleet truck.

I'm going to work on a roof rack that mounts above the bed rails. That will add an entire 2nd level of cargo capacity with the bed cover closed.

Strangely, since ordering a Maverick, I've started looking at trucks in the wild, and it's very rare to see a late model truck with rails or racks on the cab. They're pretty common on SUVs and minivans, but I'm mostly only seeing racks on truck beds, not cabs of trucks.

Those are nice bent but I think k I can do the whole project for less money than that.
