EB MPG Records?

I hit 500 miles in my 2024 Ecoboost FWD on my last tank, and I'm pretty proud of it. Pretty sure I was using 87 octane as well. I wanted to see how others have done. Is it pretty common to hit 500 miles on a tank?

My range is usually quoted at 520 miles per tank. That's after I corrected the computer to actually read a tad low on the MPG. You can drive these trucks till it reads 0 miles till empty and not worry about the fuel pump. I haven't done so yet though due to my long commute and unwillingness to use a different gas station.

I think you’re going to get that frequently, however do the actual math how many gallons to top off. I have fx4 and in Michigan summers is fairly easy (most of my driving is xway, I only use 87) and I have over 75k miles since October of 2021 and I am usually around 400 miles/tank in the winter. Here’s a pic from last year just over 1/2 tank use

Well, I'm throwing this out there...
You can do very well in an EcoBoost if you hypermill and draft off trucks on a long trip. My average highway mileage hovers around 33 to 35 MPG

Funny, that's been my best per-tank average as well; 33.

Typically, it runs ~26 in the winter (on 87 gas), and ~31 during summer, on 91/93 gas.

Happy with these averages.

I have the lowest probably right now , towed a 2000lb trailer to the desert on mountain passes with my tremor on 255/75/17 mud terrains.
(32”) tires averaged 18.9 mpg .
Around town with my big foot I usually get 21.best I ever got in stock form , long highway trip was 23 loaded down and with 2 people.
Best truck or suv mileage I’ve ever gotten . Except a ml500 I had years ago that got 24 on trips.
But comparable to the old 4 cyl , regular cab Nissan and Toyotas but with a lot more power and space. Of course almost 4 times the price of the 80’s and early 90’s trucks.

16.5K miles. Averaging 31 Mpg most of the time per tank. Thirty some fills and did not make 500 miles only twice. I am using Eco mode, am not heavy footed, and about 70 per cent country roads. My Mav is still purring like a kitten, or as some seem to think, like a well-oiled sewing machine!!!!!

I'm getting 25mpg, fx4. I drive fast with normal acceleration.
