My email arrived at 440 this am! This was my first order from June 12th. XL Hybrid. Area 52 Co pilot 360 Spray in bed liner. I thought it had been canceled. I ordered an XLT Hybrid from another dealer, so these lucky sales people will have a lot Hybrid. Scheduled for production 12/20/21

Got another email Got another set back. My EB XLT Lux, was originally scheduled for the week of 11/15, then two weeks later received email and moved to 11/22, then two weeks later received email moved to 11/29, tonight email moved to 12/6.

Hybrid XLT with Lux package scheduled for the week of 12/20. Actually my dad’s truck but I’m keeping track of things for him. Ordered on 6/28 at Hopkins Ford in Elgin IL. He will be 85 when he takes delivery. Gotta love that! My Bronco rolled off the assembly line yesterday so a good day for us!

Didn't even occur to me that a grown middle aged person could do the same for their Dad. LOL

My understanding is that all car companies going forward are not allowing third party buyouts any longer due to the price of used vehicle. My brother had the same problem with Infiniti. I recently sold s one via CARMAX and got more for my VW than i paid for it just two years ago.

CarMax didn’t make it seem like that was the case. They looked into my specific ford lease and said that they don’t buy ford leases.

And, of course, when the system works against the dealers and lease companies, they want to fuck us over.

I just got him to give up his flip phone a year and a half ago. He has no interest in e-mail. So when he ordered we used my e-mail address. It’s just great that when people his age are hanging (or should be hanging) up their keys, he is out ordering a new truck!!

I also heard from Johnny Car Care and Reviews we get an extra 20k Ford points for ordering in June/July. Haven’t seen it anywhere else so hard to confirm.
