If you previously opted out of Ford marketing emails, you wouldn’t have gotten it. Also, they said they had issues with some emails. I never got one, but the Marketing team confirmed that they have my order. Shrug.
CarMax didn’t make it seem like that was the case. They looked into my specific ford lease and said that they don’t buy ford leases.

This isn’t really a Ford specific problem. My friend is trying to get a Sorrento custom ordered, and they won’t even let her order one because they don’t have the chips for the electronic lift gate.
