If you previously opted out of Ford marketing emails, you wouldn’t have gotten it. Also, they said they had issues with some emails. I never got one, but the Marketing team confirmed that they have my order. Shrug.

I would really like to see some transparency from Ford. How long will the hybrids take to get? Are there issues with the drivetrain? Part shortage? Like all of this is making me seriously reconsider my order.

Would be nice if I even got an email confirmation from Ford. I ordered 7/20. No email confirmation. I called the marketing line, and they said they have the order….so I guess I have no idea whats happening.
