Haven't seen any recent posts so I'm Just wondering if anyone has received fog lights lately.

@Diode Dynamics, when should I expect to receive this product? I ordered through Panda per your instructions over 4 months and still haven't received them.

You certainly have patience waiting 4 months.

Send an email directly to DD. They are very responsive. I know when I ordered my kit that it did take a little while, I imagine they make them in batches vs. a regular production item. It is worth the wait.

Definitely not a Fast Maverick situation.

Have you called or emailed the retailer? A whole new thread for a basic customer service question doesn't seem appropriate.

I actually have been in contact with Panda. FYSA, Mitch no longer works for them. Caleb tells me that I'm pretty much the first order on their PO from Diode Dynamics and that I can continue to wait or ask for a refund and order from DD and start the 8week waiting process with them directly. He's a bit frustrated as well.

So appropriate or not, "I" think it is a good chance for DD to address this issue within our community, surely I'm not the only person waiting for these parts...

I did a while back when they said things were in stock and shipping. They instructed me to contact the retailer about my order....Which I did and didn't hear anything back because Mitch no longer works for them(which I didn't know so I kept trying to contact him) so I reached out to Caleb and you can read my previous post for that response.

I did a while back when they said things were in stock and shipping. They instructed me to contact the retailer about my order.
Looks like this is a good reason to order directly from the manufacturer. You (we) have no idea how Panda acquires DD products, whether they ship direct from China, a warehouse in the US, direct from DD's main office, or if they buy them on eBay - or the way they fulfil orders if drop shipped or how long their fulfillment process takes or anything else. But your order is with them, it's their responsibility to fulfill it, and DD has no control over that. Calling out DD here probably won't get you any useful information for Panda. Panda will have to answer those questions, as they are DD's customer at this point. Put pressure on Panda.

I ordered mine (DD fog light kit) thru Aspire over a month ago. Have tried to message them four times. I have heard nothing back. I received a different order from them so I’m concerned not worried. I guess I’ll call them Monday.

Personally I would order directly from diode dynamics they're here locally in St Louis Missouri.

Personally I would order directly from diode dynamics they're here locally in St Louis Missouri.
Ordering retail is always an option. However, there is no concern with ordering from Panda Motorworks. At Diode Dynamics, we strive to fulfill all orders in the order they are received. When kits are restocked, Panda Motorworks orders are prioritized the same as our direct retail orders.
