The Ford Dealership I ordered the MY 22 contacted me in August about reordering for the MY 23 since I was one of the many unlucky ones that placed an order that Ford couldn't build. I sent the manager an email two days later stating that I received her message, and I was not interested in reordering and playing the lottery game any longer. This morning I received an email from Ford on my 2023 order. I did not reorder so the dealership reordered in my name without my authorization. I have sent the manager an email along with the string that stated I did not want to reorder but, I do not expect to hear back from her. Besides the customer service number that I found was useless in trying to get help/information, is there another number to call to get this ordered cancelled?
