It has returned (granted it’s been a while almost 2 months since I did the update) it has been super hot here I have driven it a bit last couple days. Not as much since before Tuesday due to surgery but still happened on the 4th and used it for community day keeping it running for the ac. So time to go back to the dealer. A need a agm but the dealer isn’t sure and the brand I know and trust don’t make them (optima)

Thank your for the picture.

Now I see why there is confusion when Ford uses 2 terms in some places, but seems to combine them in the app. Though I'm sure I've seen another picture that says Deep Sleep mode, maybe that was older app version.

And had you noticed what the manual calls Battery Saving responses occurring - lights off sooner and sooner when you stop & exit truck?

Because that deep sleep mode could be from a parasitic drain, from the ACCM or another module/sensor, that happened in a couple days, and of course if it wasn't the TCU doing it then shutting the TCU off for deep sleep didn't help.
Truck dead on the next drive attempt?
Betting that's not it.
You are joining the several other threads about their issue returning after the upgrade.

So now you are back to the issue of the system not charging the battery high enough the vast majority experience, the SSM and ACCM upgrade did nothing for.
You aren't going to get that low charging fixed, but at least have them test the battery, if under warranty you may get another one. Won't be an AGM though, not what it came with or spec'd for. AGM is on your own dime if really desired. Will postpone the problem longer.

Do NOT say you are bringing it in for a deep sleep issue - that's an effect of an issue, not the issue.
Low battery charge is the issue.

#metoo - ACCM SM-53801 done on 5/27/25 & 'Battery Saver Mode' 6/30/25 & that's in a NE warm climate. Winter will probably be just like it was prior to the update.
I doubt it did anything....... 🤔

P1753 AND U0255
P1753 - indicates a problem with the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Valve Circuit, affecting transmission performance and gear shifting. They can check the wiring, etc to be safe, but the easiest thing to do is check your transmission fluid first to make sure everything is okay there.

U0255 - could be a few things they need to check, including:
1. Faulty Front Display Interface Module
2. Front Display Interface Module harness is open or shorted
3. Front Display Interface Module circuit poor electrical connection

I have noticed some hard shifts when accelerating at a decent rate of speed. But it goes to the dealer tomorrow morning.

I see this as 2 different issues. On one hand there was poorly programmed A/C code that could stay active and kill the battery that required a recall and then an under rated, poorly built flooded cell battery that is consistently poorly charged and maintained by the BMS that will more likely wither and die early in its life.

When my 12v battery was limping along in permanent deep sleep, no cabin lights, passenger side keyless entry disabled I took it in only to be told it just needed to be charged. They charged it and patted me on the head. The truck went back into deep sleep 10 minuets after I got home that day.

I decided I did not want to play that game, so I replaced my battery with a similar sized name brand AGM and have not looked back!

I have not had the A/C recall done yet, but I hope to get it done the next time it goes in for service. In the meantime I make a conscious effort to turn off the A/C prior to turning the truck off.

That's wild on a hybrid that has no shifts unless using Sport or Tow modes.
And with eCVT no shifts really occurring no matter the mode.

Is it from stops when it's bringing the ICE on after a short EV time - so engine spun up and gearing changed to use it while accelerating hard?
Or more like getting on highway ICE already running for a bit?

So they informed me the codes for the shifter just needed an update. The battery they said was all my fault due to my dash cam drawing .6 amps and is now trying to charge me almost 300
