I'd expect the invoice price to be less than $1000 below MSRP, even on the Lariat. That's how tight manufacturers price vehicles these days. I doubt most dealers are going to be offering the Maverick below MSRP any time soon, since there is no dealer stock and the deliveries are stretching into spring 2022 already. Look around and compare what you are getting on the Maverick vs any small crossover. I think for the capability and feature set you are getting on the Maverick, it is fairly priced even at MSRP. I don't have the energy to scratch around to save a few hundred bucks when I have a dealer 5 miles away selling at MSRP.

MSRP at Monaco Ford in Glastonbury CT. Was told (before I placed the order) to not expect to see my hybrid for 20-28 weeks. Pre-purchase searches showed mostly very positive dealer & service reviews.

I don't expect to see my vehicle until sometime between late March and early May, but I have a good vehicle and can wait. Just looking forward to doubling my mileage.

Also didn’t you know we ‘necks from the south recognize about 14 states and a republic: The Republic is Texas, then California and Canada because they are silly, followed by the other 12 sane states and then there is not us aka everything north of the Mason Dixon line.

Truth be told I would have considered Philly to be in the North East, we want people to get a great experience, and we forget that many of us are using local dealers to receive our vehicles and will have them serviced by those same CDs (local dealers)

Besides, Philadelphia is only about 20 miles from the Mason Dixon line.

But if you are within a distance you don't mind driving, you can call and schedule a viewing and test drive. I had my test drive last night and was please enough that I did not request a refund of my deposit on my Hybrid Lariat Lux.

Michael Sawyer ((860) 652-3000 ext 353) is their Internet Sales Consultant and who I've been dealing with, altho I actually met with Product Specialist Kyle Bowler to file my order in October and for the test drive last night.

I'm getting MSRP for my XLT that is on its way from Nucar Ford, only the normal $600 admin and title fee. Adding on Line-Xing the bed as well. What part of NE specifically OP? I have a script I ran that pulled up dealer websites by state and brought me to their inventory pages so I could quickly scan them. Overall I had 39 dealers I was watching until I noticed this retail order incoming from Nucar ford.

I ordered from Auto Fair in Manchester on 10/15/21, He said he we could order through the web site and picked what we wanted my first time ( I am 61 years old ) I build old stuff any way we put down a grand and have not heard a thing. ( A little unsettling ) That dealership was just sold to a large regional company, I hope they are good. Just saying. Oh this will be my wife's daily driver she agreed after the test drive. We both were impressed ( She chose cyber orange which looks yellow to me ) . we will trade in the 2014 escape s we have had no trouble with.

I ordered mine from Townsend Ford in Townsend, MA. Took delivery two weeks ago, not a penny above what was quoted me when I ordered back in June.

Super easy process, and the people I dealt with were all excellent. No problem getting what I wanted for trade-in on my Outback either. Highly recommend.
