Dealer trying to add "Pulse Braking"

My Maverick just shipped, I went to the dealer to get a price breakdown, he told me they add "Pulse Braking" to 100% of the vehicles that come in, it's $600 and I don't want it. He makes it seem like it's non negotiable, what can I do? He's the General Sales Manager.
Per my dealer (not the law) they are legal in Ohio as long as they only flash no more than three times then go solid. They also stated that the flash rate can be no more than 120 cycles per second. I have them on both of my motorcycles, never had a problem with law enforcement.

My buddy has a separate email account for his invisible lawyer name something like J. David Peterbrook Esq. Whenever he has an issue like this, his invisible lawyer sends an official looking email on his "client's" behalf to the business. Genius.

My buddy has a separate email account for his invisible lawyer name something like J. David Peterbrook Esq. Whenever he has an issue like this, his invisible lawyer sends an official looking email on his "client's" behalf to the business. Genius.
Similarly, someone once told me they were having trouble with a Honda dealer. He brought someone with him, dressed in a suit. He did not say anything until at one point, the sales manager, said something like, I'm sorry, are you his friend, how are you? The customer simply stated, no, he is my council. The tone and position quickly changed.

Thanks again for all the advice, I will try a couple of those, if I'm unsuccessful, I think I will file a fraud report. When I ordered the Maverick I asked them straight up if there would be any additional add ons, the salesman said no, lesson learned, I will always get it in writing now.
It is like ordering a hamburger and fries are added at extra cost. And you say I don't want fries because I don't like them so I only wanted the hamburger, with no fries as shown on the menu, and they say we serve them with 100% of our hamburgers, and you have to pay $3.50 extra for them.

I have never heard of a 'mandatory' dealer add-on that a dealer's customer 'has' to participate in, much less if the add-on is not a manufacturer part. Maybe to deter the dealer, ask them if they are familiar with local TV stations that do investigative reporting. . . . . .

I'm surprised that they're able to stay in business if they lie to all customers the same way they they've lied to me. I asked the salesman when I ordered it if they're were any additional fees, he said no.

I met with the General Sales Manager, he told me he would honor the order price, he sent an email to confirm it. I'm going to hope he does, the Maverick should be here within in 3 weeks, I'll keep you posted, thanks for all the advice and support!

I believe it is illegal in some states to impersonate an attorney. Sharks protecting sharks...

I got a call from a dealer (Kileen Ford in Kileen, TX) telling me they had a Maverick waiting for me like I wanted - a Lariat Hybrid with CoPilot360 (for the ACC). And this one even had the First Edition package. They would sell it to me for MSRP. I was there as fast as I could legally drive... Only to learn that they had "no ADM" all right, but they DID have a "standard package" of add-ons that were "required" on every vehicle they sold. Total was well over $11,600 for that "package"... About 10 seconds after the salesman told me the GM "required" that package on EVERY vehicle they sold through that dealership, I was out the door and on my way home. There is nothing I hate worse than someone who will deliberately lie to waste my time.
